Had to manually kill the 'Service Host: Windows Camera Frame Server' process to turn it off. Not reassuring that the camera led on my Dell XPS stays on after a call is closed.

When I start Skype again it remembers my sign in name and when I click on the name Skype signs me in automatically. Really ? You just conned me out of £10 because you "deactivated" my balance without informing me, so I go and put more on assuming that I'd run out, then wait until *after* I pay to tell me about my deactivated balance? It's just #microsoft "microsofting" yet another acquisition.
